Information you provide

If you call, text, or otherwise contact Liquid Heat LLC, we may receive your name, company, role, contact details, project location, photographs, dimensions, plans, CAD files, specifications, budget information, and other project details you provide.

Saved products and customer accounts

Guest order drafts are stored in your browser. When you are signed in and save a product, its design, dimensions, selections, and displayed estimate are also stored in your Liquid Heat account. Account registration, email verification, password sign-in, and password resets are provided through Supabase. Liquid Heat does not receive or store your password in its project records. We receive your account identifier, email address, and optional display name to connect your saved products, production updates, and warranty records.

Messages and website operation

Messages submitted through our website are stored for Liquid Heat to review and are sent to our email delivery provider, FormSubmit. Our hosting provider processes the information needed to operate and secure the website. When you add a configuration with artwork to your cart, the selected file is uploaded to private storage. Files can be accessed by the account that uploaded them and by Liquid Heat. Submitted callback requests, delivery details, and product configurations are stored with your account and included in the email notification sent through FormSubmit to Liquid Heat.

Payments

Online purchasing is currently disabled. Checkout requests a callback; it does not collect card details or take payment.

Use

We use information we receive to respond to inquiries, evaluate work, prepare estimates, coordinate projects, maintain business records, protect our operations, and comply with legal requirements.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, design professionals, finishers, installers, or other project partners as reasonably necessary to evaluate or perform an approved scope, and when required by law. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for business and legal purposes.

Your choices

You can remove locally saved configurations using the Clear button on the order page or your browser controls. You can remove saved product configurations from your account. You may contact us to request correction or deletion of information you sent, subject to legitimate recordkeeping requirements. Call 475-298-7535 with privacy questions.
