Effective September 22, 2026. These terms govern use of liquidheatfab.com. Project work is governed by the separate written estimate, proposal, or agreement accepted by the customer.

Website information

Website content is general information and is not a binding quote, engineering determination, code approval, or promise of availability. Project scope, pricing, schedule, deposits, payment terms, finishes, installation, and warranties are defined in writing for each job.

Planning tools and visualizations

Custom Shop prices, ranges, dimensions, material adjustments, and two- or three-dimensional previews are preliminary planning aids. They are not shop drawings, field measurements, structural calculations, permit documents, or fabrication instructions. Visuals are approximate and may not depict every connection, support, fastener, landing, operator, safety device, or site condition.

Customer information

You are responsible for reviewing the dimensions, selections, site information, access conditions, and other details you provide. Liquid Heat will confirm the project scope and may require field verification, plans, engineering, code review, permits, or additional information before fabrication.

Cart, saved products, and checkout

Your cart is saved on this device. Products saved while signed in are also stored in your account. Checkout saves your cart and delivery details as a callback request and sends a notification to Liquid Heat. It does not collect payment or authorize production. Product estimates cover fabrication and the selected product finish only. Standard powder coating is included in the advertised base rates. Installation, shipping or freight, unloading or rigging, applicable taxes, engineering, permits, demolition, foundations, and field electrical work are excluded unless separately included in the final written quote. Selected automation hardware is an estimate allowance, not a complete installed gate system. Liquid Heat will call you to confirm scope, final pricing, and availability. Online purchasing is currently disabled. A callback request does not reserve production capacity or create a confirmed order. Production timing and included work remain subject to the confirmed project scope.

Final quotes and project agreements

Final pricing is confirmed after review of dimensions, materials, finish, hardware, and scope. Website estimates are not price guarantees. Deposits, payment schedules, changes, cancellation or return conditions, lead times, and warranty coverage must be stated in the accepted written project agreement. Submitting a callback request does not accept those future project terms.

Images and references

Images identified as completed work show Liquid Heat projects. Catalog images used as design references may depict third-party work and are illustrative only; selecting a reference does not promise an exact reproduction. Final design details are confirmed in the approved project documents.

Project conditions

Customers are responsible for accurate disclosures, safe site access, and obtaining owner, association, permit, engineering, or other approvals unless a written agreement expressly assigns those tasks to Liquid Heat LLC. Structural work may require plans or review by a licensed design professional.

Intellectual property

Original text, graphics, project photographs, and site software belong to Liquid Heat LLC or are used with permission. You may use a generated project summary for your own project inquiry but may not republish or commercially exploit website content.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Liquid Heat LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
